Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it has a minute and persistent perlage. The nose is fruity and floral with delicate hints of unripe golden apple; in the mouth it is dry, fresh with artemisia notes.
Suitable for light dishes such as raw crustaceans and molluscs or a quick ham and melon. Excellent as an aperitif and from outside the meal.
