COLOUR: Ruby red with medium-high depth of colour, clean and not much sign of evolution. AROMAS: Open and intense, reminders of red and black pepper with underlying blackberry and blackcurrant liqueur and lactic nuances coming through. MOUTH: A juicy, smooth attack with well-polished tannins and liqueur flavours with reminders of nutmeg and red pepper. In the retro nasal phase it is long, pleasant and subtle, leaving a nice rounded sensation.
