While producing essential rice potatoes, we were born in search of alcoholic beverages that are easy to drink, from people who like potato shochu to beginners. Developed a ginseng shochu "rare · azalea" (patent acquisition) in 1983 using ginseng and underwater water cultivated in paddy fields and fields along the Chikugo River. Currently we manufacture wheat (owl), owl, rice shochu, and sweet potato of "roasted wheat distilled spirit" using wheat roasted other than ginseng distilled spirit. Also, in recent years, fashionable liqueur (plum wine) also started, "Lemonade plum wine" won the third place in Osaka Tenma Tenjin plum wine competition (national convention) the year before last (the 6th). 筑後川沿いの水田・畑で栽培された人参と伏流水を使って昭和58年に人参焼酎「珍・めずらし」を開発(特許取得)。現在は人参焼酎以外に焙煎した麦を使った「焙煎麦焼酎」の梟(ふくろう)、こふくろうや米焼酎、芋焼酎も製造しています。また、近年流行のリキュール(梅酒)も始め、一昨年の(第6回)大阪天満天神梅酒大会(全国大会)で「レモネード梅酒」が第3位に入賞。.
