This is a yogurt liquor made based on "Kuma shochu" and "Kuma no Megumi Yogurt", which produced by Kuma Dairy Cooperative in Kumamoto. "Kuma no Megumi", which is characterized by its rich taste, aroma and thickness, is a limited edition yogurt popular in Kumamoto. This is a liqueur made by adding sweet plum wine to yogurt which is characterized by sweetness and refreshing sourness.
