Description:
It should be noted that this is a genuine field blend. It has a brilliant straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. Its aroma is intense, full, with enormous elegance and persistence, and with hints of honey and wild flowers. Its taste is dry, velvety, and very well-orchestrated, with an exceptional persistence due to its particularly full body.
Winery:
Jermann
After a chance meeting in Bordeaux a few years ago with Angelo Jermann, we were gob-smacked to find that his fruili wines do not have an exclusive agent in Hong Kong. Within 15 minutes of chatting we had a contract drawn up (a simple hand-shake!) and now the wines are here. Therefore we are now very proud to announce we are the exclusive representative of Jermann wines in Hong Kong, arguably the greatest white wine producer in all of Italy. In December we were lucky to have the heir to throne, Angelo Jermann visit us (who is now winemaker, as his father has semi retired) for our annual Altaya event and show his wines to our various clients - incidentally to rapturous praise. If you are serious about dry white wines from the Old world then Jermann is, ...no doubt about it; required buying.
