Palate: Firm and velvety, its flesh rests on fine tannins. It shares with Volnay the image of a feminine wine.

You can also pair it with roasted offal, such as sweetbreads, liver or grilled andouillettes, as well as a meat pie. For cheese, you will opt for Brillat-Savarin, Brie, Reblochon.
