Tasting Notes
• Color：Quite lively color, often purple with violet highlights.
• Nose: Small red fruits (raspberry, morello cherry) and black fruits (blackberries) dominate, enhanced with notes of liquorice and undergrowth. Older, it evolves into strawberry jam, gingerbread, animal and leather.
• Palate: Well-structured wine, light and supple, with elegant tannins, all rounded under a solid structure, leaving a fruity feeling on the palate.
• Food Pairing: A fairly versatile Burgundy wine, it pairs well with charcuterie, hot starters or offal, as well as roast poultry, meat or poultry risottos, pizzas, but also Tex Mex cuisine, which its fluidity and fruity aromas will soften.
