Antica Fratta is located in the heart of the traditional production area of Franciacorta DOCG with 50 hectares of vineyards and annual production of 350.000 bottles. Companuy mission is a continuous research and improvement of quality, respecting and understanding the land of origin and the heritage of Franciacorta.
Wine Making:
Used traditional method. Their vinification process through fermentation at controlled temperatura (17-19 °C) with indigenous yeasts, in order to maintain all parfumes and typical flavours of the grape varieties of this area. Maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks and during the months of March and April there is the second fermentation. The bottles are racked in temperate rooms at controlled temperatures around 12-14 °C for at least 25 months.
