The Allan Scott Family Winemakers' vineyards are primarily planted on the stony, well-draining river flats of the mid-Wairau Valley. The vineyards are sustainably managed, and with the meticulous care given during the growing season, they produce some of the world's finest wines.

The 2022 grape growing season was a completely new "normal" for many Marlborough vineyards. Despite the challenges of steady and sometimes heavy rainfall throughout the season, the winery team drew upon their years of accumulated cultivation experience and exceptional skill to ensure the grapes grew to a high standard. Their meticulous vineyard management and nearly daily fruit assessments allowed the grapes to fully realize their potential. You can expect this wine to exhibit all the beloved aromas and flavors that Marlborough wines are known for.

The winery's highly skilled, multinational winemaking team has once again crafted an outstanding Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes were machine-harvested during the cool of the night and immediately pressed. The juice was kept at low temperatures to ensure that the aromatic compounds were not lost. After clarification, the juice was fermented to dryness at cool temperatures using specially selected yeasts. The team then carefully chose the best fermentation tanks to blend this fresh, excellent wine for bottling.

This wine is fresh, aromatic, juicy, and full-bodied. This fruit-driven, New World-style wine excites the senses without being overpowering. The aromas of tropical fruit are complemented by fresh herbaceous notes, accompanied by flavors of citrusy passionfruit and a crisp, dry finish.
