This is the first Sake qualification course covers history, culture of Sake and production process. The course offers a unique opportunity for enthusiasts to advance their understanding of sake where they will taste 14 sake of different types and styles. This course helps those who want to master Sake selection skill in shops and restaurants. A certificate will be issued upon completion of this entry level course (no exam for this course).
