Join us in welcoming our special guest Yoshi Yamamoto, the 13th generation President of Yucho Shuzo from Nara, Japan. Considered a hero by sake fans, connoisseurs and experts alike, Yoshi has been credited with pioneering a whole new generation of diverse and versatile sakes as well as reviving traditional styles of sakes lost to time.
Yoshi will present and guide guests through a flight of four his signature sakes including the extremely limited bottles of his new sake Kaze no Mori Aiyama Junmai Daiginjo in Hong Kong.

Takacho Bodai Moto Junmai
Proudly brewed with the river waters that runs down the mountains of Bodaisen, the famed Buddhist temple where sake was born, this rich and yet mildly sweet sake has the flavor of tart apples is balanced by the tangy acidity distinctive to this style.
A completely wild fermentation that truly showcases the way that sake was meant to be made with Hinohikari rice milled down to 70%.

Kaze no Mori Aiyama Junmai Daiginjo ** Exclusive Debut **
An incredibly vibrant sake that is bright, juicy yet smooth and elegant. There is a hint of strawberries in the first aroma, an exceptional clarity as it enters the palate followed by a fine acidity and finishing with lingering aromas of strawberries and grapes. This limited edition sake is made with Aiyama rice milled down to 50%.
