We are pleased to invite you to a vertical tasting hosted by Mr. Marco Pinna, representative of Dal Forno Romano, who will visit Hong Kong in March.

A local legend of Valpolicella - Romano Dal Forno started his family winery in 1983 with the inspiration and encouragement from the region’s most famous winegrower, Giuseppe Quintarelli. Despite the lack of winemaking background, he successfully took his vineyards in Illasi, one of the least prestigious parts of Valpolicella, to the maximum heights with his stubbornness, diligence and determination.

Nowadays, the family estate is widely considered as a king of Amarone della Valpolicella. The 4th generation continues to produce magnificent wines with extremely low yields and rigorous selection at the vineyards, and state-of-the-art winemaking facilities. Aged for 7 years before release, the flagship Amarone is deep, concentrated and seamlessly balanced - a true wine of meditation.
