For this special Ardèche Tasting La Cabane will be presenting 3 wines from the region from 3 different winemakers:
- Mas Del Libian
- Herve Souhaut
- Mazel

In addition, we will be welcoming winemaker Benoit Chazallon from Château de la Selve who will present 3 of his wines:

- 2 Reds (Serre de Berty, et Petite Selve)
- 1 Rosé (L'audacieuse)

These wines are all made of a blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault.

In 2002, after graduating at the university "viticole" of Beaune, he accomplishes his dream and runs a vineyard in Ardeche. Together with his wife, they practice a natural and biodynamic culture in their vineyard.
