Tenuta Fornace Tutto Sole IGT 2019 is an organic orange wine from Lombardy's Oltrepò Pavese region. It combines Moscato yellow and Malvasia grapes grown at 290 meters altitude in calcareous, slightly clayey soil.
The vineyard follows organic and biodynamic practices under the "Vigneti & Natura" project. Grapes are hand-harvested after 20 days of on-vine withering. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by 75 days of skin maceration and several months of aging on lees in steel tanks.
This unfiltered, additive-free wine contains only naturally occurring sulphites. It presents a deep straw yellow color with intense macerated yellow fruit aromas. The palate is dry, intense, and persistent. Best served at 10°C, it pairs well with aperitifs and cheeses, particularly blue varieties.
