This vibrant sparkling wine exemplifies the distinctive character of the Durella grape, cultivated in the scenic Roncà hills of the Lessini region. The basalt-rich volcanic soils of this terroir impart a unique mineral quality to the wine, enhancing its complexity and depth.
Harvested in early September, the grapes undergo a meticulous two-stage fermentation process. The initial temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation occurs at harvest, followed by a secondary fermentation the following spring.
